    Join Our Team as an Associate Attorney in North Carolina

    Are you looking to take your litigation or collections experience to the next level? Look no further! RAS LaVrar, LLC, an elite creditors' rights law firm, is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our North Carolina office. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in managing the firm's practice in North Carolina, handling hearings, and developing effective strategies to bring cases to resolution.

    What You'll Be Doing:

    • Assisting with managing the firm's North Carolina practice
    • Handling hearings in the state of North Carolina
    • Developing strategies for effective case resolution
    • Reviewing all conditions precedent to filing actions
    • Drafting pleadings and correspondences
    • Maintaining updated internal systems
    • Ensuring compliance with legal requirements
    • Handling contested matters including discovery and trials

    What We're Looking For:

    • 5-7 years of litigation or collections experience
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
    • Bar membership in North Carolina
    • Ability to work independently with strong interpersonal and analytical skills

    Qualifications:

    • Juris Doctor degree
    • Preferred 2-4 years of legal experience
    • Preferred legal collections experience
