Customer Service Clerk (m/f/d)

Maintenance Management:
Temporary position as a parental leave replacement.


Your responsibilities:


  • Reviewing maintenance requests from customers or those in the SAP pool
  • Creating and sending quotes in the system, including clarifying any customer questions
  • Creating maintenance contracts, obtaining approval, and sending them to the customer, as well as tracking contract returns
  • Planning the assignments of subcontractors for carrying out maintenance contracts through the service app
  • Creating maintenance reports/documents and sending them to the customer

Our expectations:


  • Completed commercial training and initial work experience in customer service
  • Experience in the maintenance of technical products is desirable
  • You have a confident demeanor and work independently and responsibly
  • Teamwork and communication skills in coordination with crossfunctional interfaces round off your profile
  • Structured and goaloriented work style, characterized by strong communication skills, reliability, and a sense of responsibility
  • Proficient in MS Office and SAP
