- Provide plumbing system design and layout utilizing AutoCAD and Revit, including coordination with all disciplines
- Perform calculations, equipment selection and other related design tasks under the guidance of the Project Manager and other senior technical staff
- Execute plumbing system design and drawing preparation under direction of the Project Manager, system narratives and system layouts for a variety of project types and sizes
- Design various plumbing system types under the guidance of the Project Manager
- Work with the internal design team as well as external clients and consultants, including owners, builders, developers, program managers, contractors, architects, vendors, etc
- Manage construction administration and field investigation tasks for assigned projects including conducting field inspections and subsequent detailed inspection reports
- Perform other duties as needed
- 5 years of experience including fire protection or fire sprinkler systems
- Certified EIT preferred, CPD, LEED AP or Medical Gas Design Certification a plus.
- Experience and/or interest in sustainable design/LEED desired but not required
- Local candidates are preferred.

Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering
AutoCAD and/or Revit iBIM or 3D experience required
