Wynmoor, a large gated adult condominium community in Coconut Creek is seeking a Certified AC Technician.

This is full-time position Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm.

Responsibilities:

• Removing old systems.
• Installing new systems.
• Performing routine maintenance.
• Ordering and maintaining equipment.
• Communicating with clients and customers.
• Meeting local HVAC codes And CFC Certification

- (5) five years of related experience required.

• Knowledge of HVAC Systems and Methods.
• Knowledge of Safety Standards and Protocols.
• Oral and written communications skills.
• Computer Literate.
• Problem-Solving Abilities.
• Willingness to Continue HVAC Learning and Training.
• Possess a valid Florida Driver's License.
• Requires bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, reaching.
• Requires the ability to lift, carry push or pull up to 50 pounds.
