Requirements for Adult Case Manager:

  • Bachelor's degree (required)
  • One year experience working with adult individuals with intellectual disabilities and /or autism (required)
  • Travel required (must have valid driver's license)
  • Outgoing, selfdirected, great written and oral communication skills, team player
  • Comfortable advocating for individuals with various levels of disability in a variety of settings

Pay:
$45, $51,450.00 per year
