We're all about flexibility This will be a _hybrid role_ based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA or our Seaport Boston, MA location with Mondays & Fridays remote.


Ocean Spray is hiring a Procurement Manager - Tech Sourcing for our Procurement team in Lakeville We're a team of farmers, thinkers, creators, and doers.

A Day in the Life...

  • Responsible for managing the technologyrelated procurement process, ensuring timely and costeffective sourcing of professional services, software and hardware etc. within the Technology category.
  • Reviewing and negotiating contracts (MSA's, SOW's, SaaS agreements), managing supplier relationships, and optimizing sourcing and purchasing strategies to achieve cost savings and maintain quality standards.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align procurement activities with business objectives.
  • Help build a highachieving supply chain and provide sourcing support across the Cooperative.
  • Build and execute strategies related to the assigned indirect categories/commodities to support aggressive improvements in total cost effectiveness, supplier quality, enhanced service levels, supply chain continuity, delivery, pricing, leadtimes, payment, including a strong emphasis on creating, nurturing, and enhancing supplier relationships while focusing on mitigating risk.
  • Execute category sourcing strategies including development and execution of RFI's and RFP's, develops selection criteria and drives the selection of suppliers in collaboration with crossfunctional teams; conducts supplier negotiations and contracting, and coordinates with stakeholders on program implementation and ongoing supplier management.
  • Develop and maintain a highly effective collaborative working relationship with leadership and cross
- functional partners as it relates to strategy development for innovation, productivity, quality, service, and continuous improvement.

  • Actively seeks opportunities to streamline business processes.
  • Research and provide information on category/commodity trends and best practices.
  • Develop negotiation strategies, gains alignment from stakeholders, leads crossfunctional, categorybased negotiation teams, and implements appropriate risk analysis.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's Degree required with 57 of relevant Technology Sourcing experience
  • Extensive experience in strategic sourcing, contract review/redlining/negotiations and supplier relationship management within the Technology/IT category including MSA, SOW, and SaaS agreements
  • Exposure to/working knowledge of SAP/Oracle and ProcuretoPay (P2P)/SourcetoPay (S2P) solutions
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent Analytical and Negotiation skills
  • Ability to work within and meet stringent deadlines

Education:

Bachelor's or University Degree (required)
