Description

The
Technology Coordinator is an administrative position and serves as part of the central office team called the Unit.

This is a support position that coordinates with the Stand-Up Team Coordinator, the larger central office, and reports to the Senior Director.

This position will report to a campus daily and will rotate between campuses in Beaumont and Jasper, Texas.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Senior Director and the Deputy Chief of Schools and Operations
Work closely with the Stand-Up Team Coordinators and the Equipment and Materials Specialist to coordinate orders and school set up
Assist with ordering of technology for schools assigned within the Unit, including but not limited to: Teacher laptops, Webcams, speakers, lavaliers, cords, hot spots, projector and ViewSonic (or the like)
Manage and support online platforms
Support Inventory control
Purchase equipment and oversee the inventory, construction of equipment, setup of copy machines, wireless infrastructure, and imaging/repair of chrome books
Support instructional staff with Tech needs
Monitor security of devices
Assist with ordering DYAD equipment as it relates to technology
Other roles as assigned

Requirements and skills

Bachelor's degree (preferred)
Experience in technology role (preferred)
Proficient in MS Office
Outstanding organizational and timemanagement abilities
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
Problemsolving and decisionmaking aptitude
Strong ethics and reliability
Experience working on a highperformance team (preferred)

Pay:
$70,000.00 per year
