Your role
You will be responsible for the timely and service-oriented processing of our international customer orders
You will coordinate delivery dates and shipping processes with your team colleagues (m/f/d) and internal interfaces
You will be responsible for invoicing, processing credit notes, and handling customer complaints
You will be the main point of contact (m/f/d) for our customers and provide advice on any questions that may arise
You see our sales department as a partner and work successfully together with them
You will maintain sales master data in the ERP system
You will also contribute to optimizations using Lean Management methods

Your qualifications
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and have at least 3 years of professional experience in international sales/customer service in a manufacturing company
You have excellent written and spoken English skills, a second foreign language is an advantage
