is a state-licensed group home agency that cares for girls ages 11-17 in the foster care system due to abuse or neglect.

We seek to give kids the best possible quality of life, while in the Arizona Department of Child Safety custody.

We are currently hiring for a part-time position, every weekend:
Saturday 10 AM - 10 PM
Sunday 11 AM - 1 1 PM

This job requires the ability to multi-task and perform all the duties a parent would provide while following company policies and procedures.

We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic individual who can work well in a team, genuinely enjoys being around teenagers, and has a heart for kids in foster care.

Must be at least 23 years of age. We hire females because of the nature of what we do.

• Maintain a healthy, safe, and clean environment. Know how to clean and cook.
• Role model positive behavior and deliver a traumasensitive behavior system.
• Dispense medications following very specific criteria.
• Build relationships with youth to better encourage good behavior.
• Follow the daily schedule, complete progress notes, and safely transport to appointments and outings.

Training will be ongoing and provided. Benefits are provided for full-time employees.


Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must have an AZ Driver's License
• Provide a 5year Certified Driving Record
• Pass a drug screen (cost is covered by ABN)
• Obtain a TB test (cost is covered by ABN)
• Obtain a level one fingerprint clearance card ($67)
• CPR & First Aid Training (cost is covered by ABN)
• Crisis Prevention or Prevention & Support Training (cost is covered by ABN)
