Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Monitor and manage the reception area to ensure cleanliness, organization, and appropriate ambiance
- Maintain a highlevel of customer service by providing accurate information, scheduling appointments, and resolving any inquiries or concerns
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks and projects
- Manage office supplies and keep inventory up to date
- Perform other duties as assigned by management or senior staff
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic office equipment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
- Attention to detail and organizational skills are a must
- Basic knowledge of the auto industry is a plus
