Description
As a Commercial Territory Account Manager at Gemaire, your mission is to drive sales growth by building and nurturing relationships with both existing and prospective customers.
You'll employ a consultative sales approach to understand the unique needs of each contractor, positioning Gemaire's comprehensive suite of products and services as the go-to solutions for their business.
Your focus will be on growing sales and securing a robust and loyal clientele with your assigned customers.Responsibilities:
- Proactively drive sales and revenue growth within your assigned territory through strategic initiatives and a selfmotivated approach.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a focus on value creation, leveraging a deep understanding of customer needs and ensuring prompt, customercentric followup.
- Commit to a minimum of 25 dynamic, facetoface client engagements per week to strengthen relationships and close deals.
- Skillfully negotiate pricing to align with market trends while upholding the company's profitability objectives.
- Consistently meet or surpass individual sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the regional sales team.
- Adopt a forwardthinking approach to sales challenges, demonstrating initiative in identifying and pursuing sales leads and solutions.
- Address and resolve customer concerns swiftly, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
- Act as an enthusiastic and knowledgeable representative at customer and industry events, trade shows, and professional gatherings, enhancing brand visibility and networking opportunities.
- Deliver internal and customer focused training sessions, Lunch and Learns, and product knowledge presentations.
- Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and courtesy in all interactions with clients, contractors, and colleagues.
- Collaborate with the Regional Managers, Territory Managers, National Accounts and peers to develop strategies relating to Commercial influencers and decision makers in Texas.
- Embrace additional responsibilities and tasks as needed to support the sales team and drive the company's sales agenda forward.
Requirements:
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of an Associate degree (A.A.) from a twoyear college or technical school.
- Proven success in establishing and meeting project goals and timelines.
- Strong interpersonal skills including sales, problem solving, and customer service are absolutely required.
- Ability to give quality presentations.
- Ability to work independently; meeting assigned goals and objectives in designated time frames.
