Specific Responsibilities
- Responds to inquiries from applicants and organizations regarding Foundation procedures and requirements, helping applicant through the Foundation's grant submission web portal and data conceptual management, and troubleshoots other technical issues an applicant may experience. Refers questions to appropriate Grants Team or Foundation team member.
- Audit, troubleshoot and cleanup data integrity issues in the Grants Management System. Propose
- Partner with Grants Team to maintain electronic files related to all aspects of the grants cycle.
- Aid in the development of grantmaking reports, dashboards, views and queries, data visualizations, and improved data practices to enhance and inform the Foundation's decisionmaking.
- Coordinate with Grants Management and, as needed, other units to develop trainings and resources for Foundation staff, Membership and community organizations to readily and accurately use the Foundation's grantmaking system.
- Ensure data collection efforts are accurate and reliable, including building new data collection tools as
reports.
- Contribute to collaborations with other Foundation departments by attending meetings, taking notes on data needs and, as necessary, conducting followup outreach.
- Demonstrate awareness of and appreciation for the Foundation's mission, values, standards,principles and programs.
- Thinks critically about all technical aspects of the grants management process and brings issues and ideas to the attention of the Grants Manager for improvement, change, or modification.
- Prioritizes daily, weekly, and monthly tasks and ensures all deadlines are met.
- Assumes other responsibilities as requested.

- Experience with intermediate database queries, exports and reporting in Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar system and Power BI.
- Foundation grants and/or donor relation database management experience.
- Familiar and proficient in MS Office (including Publisher, Outlook, Power Point, Excel, Word).
- Customer service experience a plus.
- Position is based in Wilmington, Delaware with the possibility of remote work on a timetotime basis.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.

From $55,000.00 per year
