Description

We are currently looking for an Inhouse Consultant | Senior Manager | Digital Transformation and Operational Excellence (m/f/d) to join our team at Apleona GmbH in Neu-Isenburg.

As part of this role, your responsibilities will include:

Actively shaping the vision for the transformation and optimization of our operational units
Taking on sub-project management and optimization measures, as well as supporting the implementation of programs and strategic measures in the operational area
Collaborating on the analysis and identification of optimization potentials with a strong focus on further digitalization of our processes
Contributing to the definition and expansion of existing optimization measures
Developing and implementing communication and training plans
Preparing and participating in C-level meetings

To convince us, you should have:

A very good degree (Bachelor/Master) in business administration, industrial engineering, facility management, business informatics or a similar field
First professional experience in strategy consulting/department, in-house consulting or project business
Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
Fluent German and good English skills
Moderation and presentation skills, as well as excellent communication and assertiveness across all hierarchy
