Job Description

As an operating room tech (ORT), you will assist in surgical procedures before, during, and after the operation. Your responsibilities in the hospital or outpatient surgery center may include preparing the OR, surgical instruments, and equipment, aiding nurses and surgeons during scrubbing, managing equipment during surgery, ensuring sterile conditions, helping with tools, cleaning the OR post-surgery, and transporting patients. You will have a crucial role in preventing illnesses, offering support, promoting wellness, and educating patients and families.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum 1 years of recent acute Surg Tech experience
Nationally Certified in Surgical Technology (NBSTSA)
BLS Certification
Trauma Experience preferred, not required
Travel experience preferred, not required
