- Interact with business partners to address Workday Support issues
- Manage Workday Support Desk tickets and facilitate their resolution
- Perform Workday HCM Administration and Maintenance
- Create and modify Workday Reports
- Configure Workday Business Processes
- Research and address issues within the Workday Community
- Handle Workday feature requests and issues with Customer Care
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field OR Technical Training/Certifications with relevant experience
- Experience in database/storage technologies
- 3-5 years of HRIS-related work and Supporting Workday HCM
- Understanding of HR functions
- Strong customer-centric approach and management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and under pressure, multitask, and problem-solve creatively
- 2+ years of experience supporting Workday HCM and familiarity with Workday Payroll and Security Roles
- Quick learner with the ability to apply new concepts effectively
