Forum Health is a nationwide network of medical providers specializing in functional medicine. We take pride in helping our patients reach their full wellness potential using precision functional and integrative treatments. We are looking for a full time Patient Coordinator to join our team.
The Patient Care Coordinator will provide customer service to our patients and administrative support to our Medical team and offices.
This position serves as the company's first impression to all of our patients and visitors, we expect the person in this role to provide a high level of customer service and act professionally at all times.
MUST have high volume call center experience. Preferably in health care.
Education/Experience
Minimum:
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum: 2 years experience in Customer Service and high-volume call center.
What you'll need:
- 1+ year in health care, Operations, Membership experience, or as a Medical assistant.
- Experience using an electronic medical record system, working with clinical notes, and reading lab results is a plus, but not required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrable attention to detail with a knack for organization and clarity.
- Flexibility; things change often and we need someone who can adapt quickly.
- Professional, but friendly demeanor.
- A sense of ownership of assigned tasks, and always look for the best solution.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Detail oriented
- Ability to Multitask
- Team Player
- Integrative or Functional medicine experience a plus
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Comfortable with daily office and administrative duties
- Greet Patients
- Assist Patient Portal Instruction
- Taking detailed messages for the Medical staff
- Provide each patient with excellent, personalized service
- Managing and Scheduling appointments
Pay:
$ $21.00 per hour
