Description
Cool Valley is seeking a Quality Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality care for our residents.Your duties will include actively promoting quality management, planning and evaluating work processes, communicating with residents, family members, and staff, and supporting the management team in the quality management area.
You will also be responsible for monitoring the quality of care and documentation, implementing a quality circle using the PDCA cycle, conducting internal training for staff, and assisting with preparations for inspections by the MDK and regulatory authorities, as well as internal audits.
