Your Responsibilities

  • Leading, motivating, and developing the Commodity Management B/C & P/EC team for the Comfort (covers, foams, electronics, etc.) & Plastics (thermoforming, injection molding, etc.) product categories
  • Responsible for establishing and implementing a globally aligned commodity strategy
  • Ensuring global coordination of procurement strategy
  • Initiating, planning, monitoring, and executing projects to reduce material costs
  • Conducting tenders considering project requirements, processes, and strategy, as well as negotiating with suppliers
  • Analyzing global procurement markets and conducting benchmarks

Your Qualifications

  • Completed degree in Business Engineering or equivalent qualification
  • Solid professional experience in industrial procurement
  • First experience in a leadership position is desirable
  • Proficient in MS Office tools and SAP
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills
  • Analytical thinking, goal orientation, and problemsolving skills
  • Assertiveness and strong communication skills
