Your responsibilities:
Acting as a liaison between users and the development department Handling assigned tickets in the IT ticket system Supporting existing systems and interfaces Assisting employees with questions regarding ERP systems Leading and conducting IT projects and providing project support in the field of ERP systems and interface connections Your profile: You have successfully completed your training as an IT specialist or a comparable education Ideally, you have already gained initial professional experience in the field of IT application support You are characterized by independent, solution-oriented, and flexible work with a high sense of responsibility You consider yourself service-oriented and enjoy providing qualified customer support In addition, you score points with strong communication and teamwork skills, openness to new topics, and a willingness to constantly learn about new subject areas Good knowledge of working
