Job Summary:

We are seeking an upbeat, organized, and proactive Sales Representative to join our team.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, high-energy environment and is eager to drive growth by engaging new and existing clients.

Your contribution will be crucial to expanding our client base and helping more people in our community achieve their health and fitness goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make 100 calls per day to potential clients to introduce our comprehensive services and schedule appointments.
• Secure a minimum of 18 new clients per week, maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
• Generate at least 10 package sales per week, tailored to meet client needs.
• Successfully convert at least 5 clients per month to memberships, enhancing longterm engagement and retention.
• Keep immaculate records of all client interactions in our CRM, ensuring all notes and deals are uptodate.
• Reactivate at least 5 clients per week, encouraging them to resume their health and wellness journey with us.
• Ensure at least 94% of scheduled clients attend their appointments, minimizing noshows and cancellations.
• Continuously improve and update sales scripts and automation tools to meet the evolving needs of the business.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in sales, with a passion for exceeding quotas and achieving sales goals.
• Strong communication skills, capable of effectively engaging and motivating others.
• High proficiency with CRM software and understanding of sales performance metrics.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
• Enthusiastic about personal health and wellness, with a desire to make a positive impact on others.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
