    We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Land Development Project Manager who is passionate about the construction process to join our team in Raleigh, North Carolina. In this role you will work in close partnership with Project Managers to complete land development design, planning and permitting for various projects. Our Land Development division is rapidly growing, so this is a unique opportunity to fast track your career with a leader in Design/Build construction

    A DAY IN THE LIFE:
    • Manage and mentor a team of Land Development Engineers
    • Educate and train Engineers and Project Managers on best practices
    • Design and draft land development concept plans for industrial, life sciences, advanced manufacturing, and multifamily residential design/build projects
    • Coordinate with reviewers, clients, and project managers to ensure project timelines and expectations are met
    • Design & analyze comprehensive construction documents, calculations, report generations, and Civil 3D drawings and models to obtain permitting
    • Develop and manage relationships with internal and external clients
    NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering
    • 5+ years of hands-on land development experience in an engineering firm
    • PE certification required
    • Computer skills: proficiency using AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project
