As a Host/Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a hospitality environment and contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon arrival
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
• Manage the waitlist and seating arrangements efficiently
• Answer phone calls and assist with reservations or inquiries
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station
• Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations
• Communicate special requests or dietary restrictions to the appropriate staff members
• Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate when necessary
• Provide exceptional guest service by anticipating needs and exceeding expectations

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or hotel setting
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong phone etiquette and ability to handle multiple calls simultaneously
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar restaurant management software is a plus
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining composure
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work well within a team and collaborate effectively
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
