Job DescriptionGuest Care Coordinator

If youre a polished, organized, efficient and friendly customer-service professional who loves beauty and fashion, NUOVO Salon Group is looking for you As were voted Best Salon in Sarasota year after year, our upscale clientele is always expecting a top-tier, VIP experienceand that all starts with a warm and gracious interaction with our Receptionist/ Appointment Coordinator.

This rewarding position is perfect for a dependable people person, as well as a step toward higher-level management positions throughout our three locations in Sarasota and Bradenton. We offer training, education and coaching to bring out your best and direct you to opportunities suited for your talents and skills.

DISCLAIMER: This position requires candidates to be able to work at all three NUOVO locations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Prior customer service and/or sales experience
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
Ability to provide exceptional guest service, understanding the guests needs, and performing duties in a competent, efficient and professional manner
Salon or other reception/administrative experience a plus
Must be a self-starter and be responsible

RESPONSIBILITIES

Answer incoming calls
Determine type of appointment needed, determine appointment availability and schedule appointments
Prioritize guest's need and offer solutions when appropriate
Utilize superior customer service skills
Use tact and diplomacy in handling difficult interactions with members
Possess basic knowledge of all services and products to assist guests
Actively promote salon programs and promotions
Provide a welcoming atmosphere for everyone who comes in contact with NUOVO Salon Group
