  • You will be responsible for conceptualizing and documenting innovative solutions in the fields of sensors, dosing technology, and IoT within basic development.
  • You will identify and implement new technologies for use in ProMinent products.
  • You will independently implement technology demonstrators with a focus on electronics and firmware as part of the proof-of-concept strategy.
  • You will be responsible for coordinating and handing over basic projects to series development.
  • You will identify and manage potential external innovation/development and research partners.
  • You will lead and shape the innovation process, including idea generation, evaluation, prioritization, and implementation.

What you should bring? You know best as a professional

  • You have a degree in computer science, electrical engineering, physics, or a similar field.
  • You have several years of professional experience in a similar field.
  • You are fluent in German and English.
  • You have advanced knowledge of MS Office programs and basic knowledge of working with SAP applications.
  • You are organized, have strong communication skills, analytical abilities, flexibility, and a strategic outlook.
  • You are dedicated, reliable, take initiative, and have a quick grasp
