Your tasks:


  • Support in the daytoday operations of data management at a capital management company
  • Participation in the development of a tool for querying available security indices using Microsoft Excel
  • Support in invoice processing, budget management and planning
  • Assistance in contract management and related documentation
  • Expansion and enhancement of documentation of processes and workflows using the collaboration software Confluence, as well as support in process optimization
  • Graphic preparation and presentation of numbers, data and facts

Your profile:


  • Ongoing dataoriented studies, e.g. statistics, mathematics, sociology, psychology, business administration or similar
  • Good understanding of processes and a structured way of working
  • Good conceptual and analytical skills, as well as willingness to independently familiarize oneself with new topics
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Good German and English language skills
