We are seeking an experienced and licensed Insurance Agent / Office Manager to join our team We are looking for 40 hours per week with flexible hours between 8:30 am and 5:30pm, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Train, support, and supervise other agents and CSR's in the office
- Help prepare and present quotes and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
- Help provide client reviews and manage the renewal process for existing clients
- Help process changes to policies upon client request
- Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs
- Remarket policies when uprates occur due to rate increases, MVR activity or risk changes
- Resolve client inquiries and complaints primarily by phone
- Expand business reach through networking techniques
- Comply with insurance standards and regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially over the phone
- Ability to prioritize and multitask and high attention to detail
Pay and Benefits:
- $24 - $30/Hr depending on experience
- Monthly Bosnues
- Paid Holidays and Personal Days Off
Pay:
$ $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No nights
- No weekends
Ability to Relocate:
- San Clemente, CA 92673: Relocate before starting work (required)
