    Firm Type: Law Firm, Experience: 2 Years, A law firm in Boston, MA, is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with 2-4 years of relevant experience for its general liability and professional liability practice teams. The ideal candidate must be admitted to Massachusetts, with additional admissions considered a plus. Experience in insurance defense, particularly in the areas of general litigation, professional liability, and employment practices, is preferred. Candidates with cybersecurity or data privacy experience will be viewed favorably. Duties:Represent clients in litigation matters, specifically in general liability and professional liability cases.Conduct legal research and analysis to support cases.Draft legal documents, pleadings, and motions.Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal staff.Participate in court hearings and trials.Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.Stay updated on legal developments in relevant practice areas. Requirements:Admitted to practice law in Massachusetts.2-4 years of relevant litigation experience.Additional admissions are a plus.Experience in insurance defense, preferably in general litigation, professional liability, and employment practices.Cybersecurity or data privacy experience is a plus. Education:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Skills:Strong legal research and analytical skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Litigation experience in general liability and professional liability.Ability to work collaboratively in a team.Familiarity with cybersecurity or data privacy (preferred).
