    Description

    National law firm Wood Smith Henning & Berman, LLP is hiring a 2-4 year litigation associate with relevant experience for its general liability and professional liability practice teams in Massachusetts. Candidates must be admitted in Massachusetts, with admissions in New Hampshire, Vermont, or Maine a plus. WSHB is considered a 'go to' litigation firm for domestic and international insurance carriers and large private clients. The firm has a modern approach to law firm management that harnesses innovation and creativity to meet clients' needs, while providing attorneys with flexibility to work from home or work in a comfortable, casual office atmosphere. WSHB has been recognized nationally as an industry leader for diversity, equity and inclusivity. The firm fosters and supports a collaborative atmosphere across offices and practice areas. Experience in insurance defense in the areas of general litigation, professional liability, and employment practices are preferred but not required. Cybersecurity or data privacy experience is a plus.
