    Job DescriptionPIPE WELDERLocation: SapulpaPay Range: $28+ Shifts Available: Weekend Shift.
    Job Description:We are seeking a skilled Header Welder proficient in MIG/STICK/FLUX/Subarc welding techniques to join our team at Sapulpa. The ideal candidate will have experience in blueprint reading, and welding of fabricated and forged Piping Spools to assemble components.
    Responsibilities:
    • Interpret and understand blueprints to accurately setup welding procedures set forth by customer.
    • Weld fabricated and forged components to assemble Header components using SMAW, GMAW, FLUX, and/or SAW processes.
    • Set up welding equipment for the use of various types of materials.
    • Demonstrate proficiency in code welding techniques.
    • Perform weld tests, including passing a 6G Pipe test with a MIG root pass and SMAW fill and cap. Follow on is 12x12 branch test done on the clock so (PAID TO TEST)
    Requirements:
    • 1-3 years of experience in code welding.
    • Proficiency in blueprint reading.
    • Ability to accurately weld fabricated and forged components.
    • Familiarity with setting up welding equipment for different materials.
