Job Overview:

Duties:

• Coordinate shipments and deliveries to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
• Communicate with carriers, freight forwarders, and other transportation providers to arrange shipping schedules and negotiate rates.
• Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) to manage inventory levels, track shipments, and optimize warehouse operations.
• Prepare shipping documents, including bills of lading, packing lists, and customs documentation, in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Track shipments and update stakeholders on delivery status, delays, or issues that may arise.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure adequate stock availability for outgoing shipments.
• Resolve shippingrelated problems and discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain accurate records of shipping activities, including shipment details, costs, and delivery dates.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies regarding shipping and transportation.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field is a plus
• Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management
• Strong knowledge of shipping/receiving procedures, order fulfillment, and warehouse operations
• Proficient in using CMMS software for tracking inventory and managing logistics data
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong problemsolving abilities with attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment
• Good communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, carriers, and suppliers
