flexible to do more hours if desired _*Scheduled days and hours will be provided 2 months in advance based on Mom's hospital hours._
Adorable Siblings Looking for a Rockstar Nanny _This sweet Ashburn family is looking for an organized, loving, and dedicated nanny who will be very engaging and interactive with their little ones to encourage healthy growth, learning, and developmental milestone achievement They would also love assistance with light meal prep and occasional children's laundry _
2 year old boy:
He is very outgoing once he gets to know you He is very curious and loves to play He will be starting preschool next year when he turns 3 He does have a small speech delay (pronouns and sentence structure) so the family would love for the nanny to incorporate lots of story time and language-based learning activities Some of his favorite foods include ham, chicken nuggets, pasta, fruit, butter chicken, and smoothies He generally goes down for a nap around 12:00pm and will sleep for one to two hours The family intermittently uses an appetite stimulant because he has had difficulty gaining weight in the past.
He has not started potty training quite yet, but the family would like to start the process very soonBaby girl:
She is currently breastfeeding and has been introduced to the bottle The family recently started introducing her to baby solids She is a very happy and outgoing baby and enjoys meeting new people She generally naps at 8:00am, 10:30am, 1:30pm, and 4:30pm She does not have any allergies or health concerns
Pets:
The family has a 12-year-old dog, she is very sweet and lazy She is currently living at the grandparents' home but may return to the family's home after the holiday season
Schedule:
They would like the nanny to start as soon as possible The family's current nanny will provide the new nanny with training Dad occasionally travels for work so it would be nice if the nanny had the flexibility to occasionally say late when dad is away traveling.
The family is flexible to pay in cash or payroll The family will not be needing any overnight care or travel Driving will not be a regular request, but the family is open to having the nanny facilitate occasional trips to the local library and playgroundWishes:

Requirements:_
*Must be willing to commit to a minimum of 1 year of employment.
*Must have 3 solid childcare references that are able to be verified.
*Must be willing to submit to Drug Testing & Criminal background checks.
*Must have a driver's license and a good driving record.
*Must have a reliable vehicle for the position.
