Institute for Occupational Safety in New Haven and help make work even safer and healthier.
Your future team at the Institute for Occupational Safety (IFA) supports the statutory accident insurance institutions primarily in scientific and technical issues related to safety and health at work.
Our tasks are diverse and include research, development, testing and examination of products and substance samples, as well as workplace measurements, consulting, participation in standardization and regulatory processes, and providing expert knowledge and information.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Transferring existing content into a database in German/(English)
- Assisting in the development of new database entries
- Supporting the team leader in project work for GDA Best Practice
- Summarizing content from the scope of UV regulations and government rules
- Coordinating with authors for approval and ensuring quality of entries
Your profile:
- Student at a university (m/f/d), preferably in chemistry or another natural science, IT, or engineering field
- Alternatively, completed vocational training, preferably in chemistry or another natural science, IT, engineering, or equivalent knowledge and experience
- Excellent German language skills required
- Good computer skills
