Andrew's Construction, an Arizona family owned and operated Company, is seeking an experienced Commercial Door & Hardware Installer. Andrew's constructs and maintains a vast array of commercial, industrial and multifamily buildings.

This position requires self-motivation, a valid driver's license, the desire to build high quality products, attention to detail, and a high degree of professionalism and integrity that is in line with the company's core values.

This opportunity has the potential to lead to a crew lead or foreman position. This is a full-time position with benefits.


Experience

Be Proficient In:

• Commercial Door/Jamb Install, Hardware, Service & Repairs

• Door Closers

• Replacement and Adjustments
• Fire Doors
• Handling and installing commercial wood and hollow metal doors and hardware in a field setting.
• Installation of steel door frames and other hollow metal knock down frames.

Additional Skills not required but a plus:

• Glass Replacement
• Installation and Repairs of Restroom Partitions & Accessories
• Handyman Experience or other Commercial Building Construction

Job Requirements:

• Comfortable working in the field with little or no supervision
• Ability to understand oral and written instructions of a technical nature
• Ability to operate different tools (hand tools, saws & power tools)
• Good interpersonal and team work skills
• Ability to use mobile apps for job progress and time keeping
• Great attitude
• Must be capable of lifting 100 pounds
• Ability to handle several projects simultaneously with possible interruptions
• Must have reliable transportation and be on time to work each day
• Must have clean driving record
• Must have own tools. (Some larger items are provided by company)

Pay:
$ $27.01 per hour
