Fast Growing Pediatric practice has immediate full time openings available.

We are currently looking for a positive, Medical Assistant who can handle many different responsibilities in a fast paced environment, has worked with insurance, and is able to adapt to a fast growing office.

Multi-tasking and open communication skills are a must.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

  • HIGH VOLUME PATIENT INTERACTION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
  • Appointment scheduling
  • Medical chart management (eClinical Works EMR)
*Check In/Out*Front Desk Duties

  • Daily opening and closing responsibilities (BACK OFFICE)
*Strong phone etiquette*Patient Rooming*Basic in office labs

  • Vaccine Administration
  • Triage Phone Calls
  • Some Saturdays Required
