Job Overview
Looking for an assistant to help the property manager with daily tasks including mowing/lawn care, shoveling/snow removal, painting/carpentry, community center cleaning, spa maintenance, unit inspections, and other maintenance related jobs that come up.
Little to no experience needed, offering onsite training. Must be available to work some weekends.
Applicant must have reliable transportation, needs to be able to lift up to 80 lbs and willing to climb ladders.
