The Controller is a role that works closely with the European Operations Finance Controller to ensure reliable and timely product costing, internal and external reporting, and general support for operations management.


Tasks:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Timely and reliable product costing, cost/variance analysis and control.
  • Support inventory management.
  • Preparation of cash flow forecast.
  • Responsibility for fixed assets and investment process.
  • Monthly reporting, including forecast and budget.
  • SOX compliance for the TBI site.
  • Support for operations management.
  • Manage and implement effective and efficient financial processes and controls. Proactively monitor and manage risks.
  • Support the European Financial Operation Controller in internal and external reporting.
  • Support requirements for group reporting and statutory reporting.
  • Responsibilities for bank accounts and their access.
  • Organize tax and company audits.
  • Coordinate accounting agenda and closing activities.

Requirements:

YOUR PROFILE

  • Successfully completed degree in economics and/or MBA, ideally with a focus on controlling or accounting.
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in controlling.
  • Experience in practical accounting and financial management.
  • Experience in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to HGB and US GAAP.
