The night shift coordinator will be responsible for overseeing overnight mall operations and ensuring safety and cleanliness standards are maintained.Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for overnight mall operations and tenant requests
- Monitor property conditions, ensure safety and cleanliness standards are maintained
- Coordinate with security, cleaning, and maintenance teams to address operational issues
- Record incidents in a timely manner
- Prior experience in operations coordination or building maintenance preferred
- Basic understanding of building facilities or commercial property operations helpful
