The Shift Coordinator is a key part of the chain of service, responsible for delivering a seamless guest experience by coordinating and engaging in daily floor operations and assisting and guiding Scoopers throughout their shifts.This role is essential to upholding operational excellence by participating in and overseeing daily tasks, setting a positive example, and offering on-the-spot operations-based modeling, training, and coaching to Scoopers.
