Your responsibilities:

Setup and maintenance of IT infrastructure for Windows clients (LAN/WLAN, routers, switches, mobile devices)
Support for employees through remote or onsite assistance
Administration of common Office 365 tools (MS Teams, Outlook, etc.)
Monitoring and administration of the network (Active Directory, Windows Server 2016, SQL Server)
Implementation and management of an IT ticket system for reporting issues
Designing IT processes within the company in collaboration with management

Your profile:

Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or similar qualifications
Experience in administering Windows systems
Knowledge of Active Directory and management of Office 365 products
Solutionoriented and userfocused work style
Fluent in German, both written and spoken; knowledge of English is a plus
