What to expect:

Preparation and participation in the awarding of construction services according to phases 6 and 7 of the HOAI
Independent creation of performance specifications
Development of tender documents
Support of architects/planning engineers in the development of cost estimates and calculations
Preparation, review, and evaluation of price lists
Evaluation and review of bids
Participation in the awarding of construction services
Technical support for construction management

What you bring:

Successfully completed degree in civil engineering or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience as a construction estimator desirable
Experience with industrystandard bidding software such as RIB iTWO
