Quality Officer (m/f/d) - House at Bürgerpark

As a Quality Officer, you ensure that all processes required for the quality management system are implemented, realized and maintained at our location. You accompany, organize and coordinate the development of individual measures and ensure sustainability in their implementation.

For this, you train our employees and guide them in their implementation.

Your areas of responsibility include:

Accompanying, organizing and coordinating the further development of the QM system within the facility.
To increase professionalism and quality of care, you create action plans.
You are responsible for planning, conducting and evaluating internal quality audits and accompanying external audits.
As part of complaint management, you coordinate suggestions for optimization potential.
You take on on-site coordination for the internal training plan, from registration to issuing certificates.

What you bring:

Completed training and recognized qualification as a nursing professional (e.g. health and nursing care, geriatric nurse, pediatric nurse).
Several years of professional experience.
Further training as a Quality Officer.
Good standard software knowledge, user knowledge of common nursing documentation software.
