Overview


The HarperCollins Sales Finance team is seeking a Co-op Manager to join our team to manage the processing of all Co-op marketing invoices ($30M annually).

The Sales Finance team provides internal reporting on billing & POS performance as well as the management and tracking of expenses for the Sales Division.


Responsibilities

  • Manages and oversees the coordination of cooperative claim processes, ensuring accurate and timely claims submission.
  • Collaborates with crossfunctional teams to gather necessary data and documentation for claim validation.
  • Conducts thorough analysis of claim data to identify discrepancies, resolve issues, and improve overall claim accuracy.
  • Maintains effective communication with internal stakeholders and external partners to address any claimrelated queries or concerns.
  • Develops and implements strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the cooperative claim process.
  • Manages noncoop incentive programs for the Sales Teams.
  • Works with the Sales Finance Team on analysis projects.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of related experience
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize asks
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify trends or anomalies
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities to ensure precise claim submissions
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Outstanding working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access
  • College degree or equivalent work experience
