Your responsibilities:

  • Providing personalized Sexy Shape advice and assistance to customers, including measuring for the correct size and assisting in the fitting room
  • Motivating and coaching your sales team
  • Ensuring excellent customer service
  • Managing and scheduling staff
  • Analyzing store metrics and implementing sales strategies
  • Maintaining store displays and following the Hunkemöller concept

Your profile:

  • You have extensive experience in customer service and sales, and have proven yourself in a previous leadership role
  • Your positive and open personality allows you to inspire and motivate both customers and your team
  • You are a natural leader who can effectively manage a store using metrics and results
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for consultative sales in the retail industry
