    The Princeton Group is a technology search firm with offices in Metro Park NJ and NYC. We are seeking a recruiter for our NJ office based at Metro Park. Our mission is to provide a high level of personalized service for our clients, and to create the best career matches for our clients and candidates alike. We are looking for individuals who feel comfortable calling candidates and discussing market life. We use LinkedIn as a tool, but networking via verbal communication is our goal. Our clients are moving toward technology automation and cloud computing and that has created an ever-changing market so the ability to pivot and think on ones toes is also important.

    As a Technical Recruiter you will be a career advisor to both new and existing candidates by providing insight into market intelligence and compensation expectations. This role will enable you to be creative, resourceful, and innovative as you network to enable technology professionals to have great career options. .We believe in autonomy and visibility, and someone who is open to change to effect better skills. Our method is very personalized and focuses on relationships and great open communication. There should be focus and purpose in what you do each day as you build a personal brand through great hard work and detail. Our clients demand best-in-class talent, and our firm takes great pride in delivery and execution.

    Comp 100k-150k. total including base and commission.

    Requirements:

    Will not be able to accept Visa transfer candidates at this time.

    • 4-year bachelors degree from an accredited university
    • This is a full-time position (M-F)
    • Previous Recruiting, Consulting, or Agency Recruiting experience is a MUST
    • Must be entrepreneurial in spirit and eager to learn the business, with a high level of energy and positivity for success.

    The ideal candidate will be focused, caring, empathetic, enthusiastic, and ambitious to work well in a close-knit team environment.
