Our general contractor company is hiring several project managers.


Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the entire lifecycle of real estate projects from concept to completion.
• Collaborating with the design, construction, and financial teams to ensure project feasibility and success.
• Managing project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and costeffective execution.
• Identifying and mitigating project risks while maintaining compliance with regulations and permits.
• Keeping uptodate with industry best practices and implementing innovative approaches.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Real Estate Project Manager or in a similar role.


Pay:
$100, $130,000.00 per year
