    Job Description:
    Are you ready to lead an MRI team in providing top-notch patient care and ensuring safety protocols? We are looking for an experienced MRI Team Leader to join our team at Odessa Regional Medical Center. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing protocols, training, and cross-training to enhance best practices. Working closely with radiologists, you will play a key role in developing and enhancing imaging protocols, performing various imaging procedures, and ensuring patient safety.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the MRI team in implementing proper protocols and training
    • Collaborate with radiologists to enhance imaging protocols
    • Perform imaging procedures, including MRI and radiology
    • Ensure patient safety protocols are followed
    • Interface with customers to meet their imaging needs
    • Participate in Performance Improvement activities
    • Provide service across all age ranges, from neonate to geriatric
    • Participate in MRI on-call and holiday rotation

    Requirements:
    • Minimum five years of MRI imaging experience
    • Prior lead tech experience is preferred
    • Graduation from an AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology
    • Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) (R), (MR)
    • Proficient with major MRI equipment manufacturers' hardware and software (GE, Siemens, Phillips)
    • Knowledge of general anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
    • Familiarity with cross-sectional anatomy
