Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for performing Final Visual Inspection of the interconnect and/or thermal product
  • Measure product with Handtools; Calipers, Gauges, Dial Indicators, Micrometers, Profilometers, Height Gauges, and Go-No/Go Gauges etc.
  • Sets up and operates Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI) machine used to produce outgoing products
  • Ability to accurately and efficiently gather inspection data and reports out.
  • Ability to discuss inspection results with those responsible for products

Requirements:


Minimum Qualification Requirement:


  • Diploma in Mechanical or 2 years work experience in related field with the mechanical product; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experienced in GD&T, basic math, read/understand mechanical drawing and inspection tools
  • Ability to complete/manage tasks/assignments/inspection accurate and ontime results
  • Ability to work independently and in a team atmosphere
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of computer including Excel, Word
  • Able to independently carry out instructions with little or no supervision.
  • Adaptable to quick direction change, resultsoriented, driven, a selfstarter, a team player that will thrive organizationally, and the ability to work with a sense of urgency in a rapidly growing environment.

Working Conditions:


  • Able to lift and move up to 40 pounds
  • Able to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist and reach on a daily basis
  • Able to stand for extended periods of time
