We are looking for a dynamic Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative to join our company, someone with a passion for serving customers, impeccable communications skills, and the ability to multi-task in high-volume environments.

This position is the initial contact to our clients, customers, technicians, and office staff, and also plays a vital role in providing administrative support.

Job Duties include but not limited to: answer incoming calls, dispatching the drivers to their service calls. Schedule return upcoming loads as needed with customers. Maintain customer database with current information. Clear and concise communications with Provide Accounts Receivable billing monthly. Prepare invoices and timecards for processing.

• Ability to work independently and as a team member
