Description
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and operate CCTV systems to ensure the safety and security of the premises
- Conduct regular patrols to check for any suspicious activity or unauthorized individuals
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, and take appropriate action as necessary
- Enforce access control procedures and verify the identity of individuals entering or exiting the premises
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and emergency services when required
- Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of securityrelated activities
Skills:
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in highpressure situations
- Knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and emergency response techniques
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security equipment
- Physical fitness and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time
Note:
Prior experience in loss prevention is a plus, but not required.
