Full Time Position - Hourly non-exempt**We are seeking an experienced Field Technician to join our team.

As a Field Technician Level I, you will be responsible for troubleshooting simple technical issues, you may need some supervision.

You will also be required to travel local and long distances extensively for this position.**
Responsibilities:

  • Identify and resolve simple technical issues related to EAGLESTONE's products and systems at customer sites

Conduct simple troubleshooting to diagnose problems and develop effective solutions

Handle on-site tasks, with supervision, including installation, maintenance, and repairs

Maintain accurate records of all activities, including service reports, inventory, and proper documentation
:

Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries and concerns
:

Work as part of a team to come up with solutions to customer problems.

Skills/Requirements:

Some experience as a Field Technician or similar role, preferably in a technical or

engineering field

Some technical knowledge and proficiency in troubleshooting simple systems
:

-
Ability to work with little supervision and make sound decisions in a fast-paced on-site environment
:

-
Effective communication skills to interact with customers and Team Members
:

-
Detail oriented with good organizational and time management abilities
:

Flexibility to work outside regular business hours and travel extensively as required

Bachelor's Degree in equivalent field or 2 years of relevant work experience

Reliable transportation to and from work and customer sites.

Field Technician Level II :


Status:

As a Field Technician Level II, you will be responsible for troubleshooting simple technical issues, you may need some supervision, and you may supervise a team of Level I technicians.

You will also be required to travel local and long distances extensively for this position.**
